The petitioner has filed one representation before the Grievance Cell on 14.12.2022 to which no reply has been received by the petitioner as yet.

I direct the Deputy Secretary of the Board, who is heading the Grievance Cell, to pass a reasoned and speaking order in respect of this representation within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate the same to the petitioner by two weeks thereafter.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
