None appears on behalf of appellant. Same situation prevailed on 8th July, 2021 when following order was made:

Let notice enclosing copy of this order be issued to the learned advocate that the appeal will be listed in monthly list of August, 2021. In event appellant continues to go unrepresented on adjourned date, or thereafter or either of the above, the appeal is likely to be dismissed.

Noting dated 30th July, 2021 says the postal article was returned unserved with endorsement 'Not Found'. Printed list has been published. We are convinced appellant has lost interest.

SA 80 of 2008 is dismissed.
