The State of West Bengal None appears on behalf of the appellant. Same situation prevailed on 22nd June, 2021 when following order was made.

"The second appeal tender is of year 1998. The appeal has been listed to be moved for admission. However, none appears on behalf of the appellant. Let notice enclosing copy of this order be issued to the learned advocate that this appeal will be listed in monthly list of August, 2021. In the event, appellant continues to go unrepresented on adjourned date or thereafter, the appeal is likely to be dismissed. List in monthly list of August, 2021."

Noting dated 26th July, 2021 says notice was issued.

In view of the above we are convinced appellant has lost interest.

SA 22 of 2012 is dismissed.
