1. Affidavit of service as filed, be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner had applied for issuance of a license for setting up a Secondary Saw Mill using wooden-beam as raw material. For the afore-stated purpose, the petitioner had made requisite payments and also made a representation on 12.06.2024. Presently, the petitioner submits that the representation made by him be considered within a reasonable time.

3. Mr. Basu Mallick, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State-Respondent has no objection to such prayer.

4. Let the respondent no. 3, the concerned authority, consider the representation dated 12.06.2024 and dispose of the same by 10.12.2025, intimating the result of the representation to the petitioner within a week from passing any order on such representation.

5. Needless to mention, I have not gone into the merit of the case and all points are kept open to be considered by the respondent no. 3.

6. With the afore-stated direction, WPA 210 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

8. Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order be given to the parties, if applied for.
