None appears on behalf of the appellant. The respondents are also not represented.

Perused the office report dated August 10, 2021 which says that the appeal was found ready as regards service on November 14, 1964.

The second appeal is pending since 1960 but no paper-book has been filed till date which signifies that the appellant has lost his interest to proceed with the present appeal.

SA 557 of 1960 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. The department is directed to send down the connected lower Court records immediately.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
