By order dated 19th August, 2024, the District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas was directed to intimate the Court the reason for keeping the application filed by the petitioner Bank under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act of 2002 pending since 2018.

Though there is no formal explanation to the delay in disposing of the application of the Bank, but the District Magistrate has passed an order in response to the application filed by the Bank.

Copy of the order being Memo No. J-15013 (11)/ 2669/1/(5)/2024/JM dated 22.08.2024 has been served upon the petitioner.

Let a copy of the same be retained with the records.

The parties are directed to act in accordance with the order passed.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
