Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for 174 days and there are accusations against the de facto complainant and/or their family members. Consequently, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case and they are in custody. Learned advocate for the state submits that the death was due to administering of poison.

The petitioners would be at liberty to approach this Court after the stage of consideration of charges are over. At this stage, CRM (M) 47 of 2026 is dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
