Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Saryati Datta, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor along with Mr. Datta, learned advocate opposes the prayer which has been advanced in the present revisional application and the contentions so advanced by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner emphasises that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case and there are no supporting materials to justify the charge so framed by the learned trial court. I find that in the revisional application, the documents which have been enclosed apart from the formal FIR, chargesheet and the orders are documents of private and personal in nature which cannot be considered by this Court at this stage. The petitioner would be at liberty to canvass the points

advanced in the present revisional application at the appropriate stage of the trial.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
