Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioners have challenged the impugned order of rejection of the petitioners' appeal in question, dated 21st November, 2022. On perusal of the aforesaid impugned order I find that the Appellate Authority has recorded the reasons for dismissing the appeal in detail and considering such reasons I am of the view that the Appellate Authority was justified in dismissing the appeal in question of the petitioners and it does not warrant any interference by this court. Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 29 of 2023 is dismissed.
