1. Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are parents-in-law of the victim lady. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are married sisters-in-law of the victim lady. It is alleged they had poisoned the lady. Medical papers, however, show victim had herself consumed poison. Her statement runs counter to the history of injury in the medical papers. In light of the aforesaid dichotomy we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the Signed By :

conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that they shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
