Seen the office report dated August 18, 2021. It appears inter alia from the said report that the appeal has already been dismissed against the respondent nos. 1(1) to 1(6) and 5 on the failure of the appellants to put in requisites for service of notice upon the said respondents. Except filing of the paper book, no steps have been taken by the appellants for hearing of the present Second Appeal, pending since 1960.

The record demonstrates that the appellants have lost their interest to proceed with the appeal. Accordingly, the Second Appeal being S.A.

1205 of 1961 is dismissed.
