Perused the office report dated 21.03.2023 and the Hon'ble Court's order dated 16.06.2022.

In the order dated 16.06.2022, the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct interalia, "Time to put in the special messenger cost for bringing the lower courts' records is peremptorily extended by one week from date. In default, the appeal shall stand dismissed without any further reference to this court and the interim order, if there be any, shall also stand vacated".

The Section Officer of the Second Appeal Section in the said office report has stated that the Special Messenger Cost had not been deposited in the Central Despatch Section till 27.09.2022.
