Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. The de facto complainant recorded a statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code where, she implicates the petitioner as the person who took money from her on the promise of Government job. The son of the petitioner raped her. The offences being henious in nature and the materials in the case diary suggest complicity of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 13 of 2024 is dismissed.
