Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya Mr. Sagnik Chatterjee ...... for the State Mr. Ratul Biswas ... for the Board Mr. Sauvik Nandy ..... for NCTE It has been submitted by the learned senior Counsel Court No. 24 04.01.2022 (Item No. 9) (AB) appearing on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have uploaded their details in the dedicated online portal which has been opened by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 23rd December, 2021 in WPA 20963 of 2021 (Debabrata Majhi & Ors. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.). The learned advocate representing the Board submits that the process for uploading the grievance in the online portal is still going on and after the last date of submission of the grievances is over the authority will take steps to scrutinize the documents and thereafter call for interview of the eligible candidates.

In view of the submissions made herein above no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ application.

In the event the documents uploaded by the petitioners are in accordance with the requirements as mentioned in the notice of the Board dated 31st December, 2021 then necessary steps shall be taken by the authority for conducting the interview.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
