It is further submitted there is delay in the trial of the case.

Report submitted on behalf of the State shows trial is at its fag-end.

Keeping in mind the incriminating materials on record and as trial is at its fag-end, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is thus rejected.

Trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
