None appears on behalf of appellant. Same situation prevailed on 22nd June, 2021, when following order was made.

Let notice enclosing copy of this order be issued to the learned advocate. In event appellant continues to go unrepresented on adjourned date, the appeal is likely to be dismissed.

We are convinced appellant has lost interest. SA 328 of 2011 along with connected application being CAN 1 of 2001 (Old No.CAN 6814 of 2001) (not found), if any pending, are dismissed.
