The record shows that except filing of paper books on July 08, 1980 the appellant has not taken any steps for disposal of the appeal till date.

The circumstances indicate that the appellant has lost her interest to proceed with the appeal.

SA 1099 of 1960 along with and the connected CR 1065 of 1967 are dismissed for default.

No order as to costs.

It appears from office note dated August 19, 2021 that the connected Lower Court Record was found incomplete, but the department is in the process of completing the said record. The department is directed to send down the said record as soon as it is found complete to the concerned Court below.
