It appears that the District Magistrate along with officials of the School Education Department, Tribal Development Department and other Backward Classes Welfare Department and local administration have been asked to submit a ground level report to the Chief Secretary within a period of 90 days. Let a suitable policy decision be taken by the Chief Secretary, within three months after receipt of the report as mentioned hereinabove. Accordingly, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
