From the note of the department filed on 12.07.2024, it appears that the administrative notices were issued upon the sole appellant and the respondent nos.1 to 6 but the said notices were unserved, as the sole appellant expired in the year 2003 and the respondents nos.1, 2 and 6 expired on 29.05.2019, 05.06.2012 and 25 years ago respectively.

Let the report of the Assistant Registrar dated 12.07.2024 along with the report of the SI, Chakdah PS, Nadia dated 06.07.2024 annexing the death certificate of the aforesaid appellant as well as the respondents be kept on record.

Despite service of notice, none appeared for the either of the parties and no further steps have been taken for substitution.

Under such circumstances, the instant appeal gets abated and, accordingly, disposed of.

The personal appearance of the respondent nos.2, 4 and 5 is dispensed with as the instant appeal is disposed

of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the department as well as the learned trial court for due compliance.
