Considering the urgency pleaded the matter was fixed at 2 p.m. today, however, when this matter is taken up for hearing today none appears for the petitioner. No accommodation has been sought for either. On 30th April, 2025 the hearing of the civil revisional application stood adjourned on the prayer of the petitioners.

It appears that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the civil revisional application. In view thereof, C.O. 8 of 2025 as well as the connected application stands dismissed for default. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
