The appellant is not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed on his behalf.

The present appeal is appearing in the list since September 9, 2022. The appeal was presented on December 19, 2001 with deficit court fees. Later on, the deficit court fee was put in but thereafter no attempt was made to move the appeal for admission. The appellant has sufficient notice about the listing of this matter. In spite of such notice, the appellant is not represented. It seems that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed for nonprosecution. There will be no order as to costs.
