Petitioner contends she is the wife of the principal accused. She was unaware of the activities of her husband who is in custody. She has been falsely roped in the case. Accordingly, she prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State submits petitioner and her husband had duped a number of persons and procured money on the false promise of obtaining visa. She has criminal antecedents.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim shows he had been induced to hand over money to obtain visa. He handed over money to the petitioner. He was handed over a fake visa. Petitioner has criminal antecedents. 4.

In view of the nature of crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
