Mr. Ankur Das ..for the respondent Perused the report of the Assistant Registrar IX(in-charge) dated 26th February, 2024.

It is found from the aforesaid report that the administrative notice sent to the appellant nos.1, 2, 4, 6 and 7, has returned with endorsement "Deceased" on it. With regard to the appellant no.8, the notice has returned with endorsement "Addressee could be located". In respect of appellant nos. 3 & 5, the postal track consignment report shows "Item delivered". None appears on behalf of the appellants.

Mr. Ankur Das, learned advocate seeks leave to file Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondents as they have not entered appearance as yet.

Leave granted.

In view of the above, the present appeal being SA 1692 of 1971 along with all connected applications, if any, stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order along with the Lower Court Records be sent to the learned Court below for information in accordance with the rules.
