WPA 40 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 2 being the District Magistrate, Hooghly, to consider and dispose of the application/affidavit filed by the petitioner on 10th March, 2022 within the time provided under Section 14(1)(b) of The SARFAESI Act, 2002. The time for disposal of the application shall start from the date on which the petitioner submits complete documents to

the District Magistrate, which shall be one week from today.
