By an order dated November 28, 2025, it was recorded that none had appeared for either of the parties and accordingly, a last chance was given to the appellant to appear and argue the matter.

However, even today, at the time of call, none appears for either of the parties.

Accordingly, SA 852 of 1965 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
