Accordingly, WPA 47 of 2024 is disposed of as infructuous.

The writ petitioner is at liberty to challenge the decisions of the authorities including the decision taken on February 2, 2024 by the Executive Council of Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya relating to his retirement age in accordance with law.
