Perused the report of Deputy Registrar (Judicial) dated 29th January, 2024.

It is found from the aforesaid report that in compliance with the order dated 20th December, 2023, administrative notices were issued to the appellants. The consignment in respect of appellant no.1 has returned with endorsement "Deceased". However, the track consignment report in respect of appellant no.2 shows "Item delivered (Addressee)".

None appears on behalf of the appellants nor any accommodation has been sought for.

In view of the above, the present appeal being no. S.A.

of along with all connected applications, if any, stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order along with the Lower Court Records be sent to the learned Court below for information in accordance with the rules.
