Learned counsel for the petitioner is suffering from fever and that is why he is appearing in person. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party is also present.

Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that Act VIII Case No.88 of 2017 in respect of which the present revisional applications have been preferred, has already been disposed of finally by a judgment dated February 13, 2023 by the court below. Accordingly, these revisional applications have become infructuous and praying for passing necessary orders.

Mr. Jose Antonio Zalba Diez Del Corral submits that he has aggrieved by that judgment and he wants to review application/appeal against the said order.

In view of the fact that, the main proceeding being Act VIII Case No.88 of 2017 has been disposed of finally by judgment dated February 13, 2023, the revisional applications are hereby dismissed being infructuous. (Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
