1. Learned advocates for the parties are present.

2. This matter is put up for necessary correction in judgment dated 3rd December, 2025.

3. In judgment dated 3rd December, 2025 the name of the respondent No. 1 be rectified and corrected as 'Dipali Man'.

4. In the last paragraph of the judgment where the respondents are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited in High Court, Calcutta it is clarified the claimants/respondents are permitted to withdraw alongwith interest accrued.

5. Learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta is requested to disburse the amount in favour of the claimants upon compliance with all formalities.

6. The other contents of the judgment dated 3rd December, 2025 shall remain unaltered.
