Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by 24.04.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.233 Rakib the inaction of the police authorities as inspite of the information furnished with Ekbalpore Police Station on 21.08.2023 and 21.09.2023 no steps was taken by the concerned police station. Petitioner complained that the private respondent no.4 has not only been threatening the petitioner but has been threatening to kill him. As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

Sanatan Panja, learned advocate who ordinarily represent the State is directed to appear for the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In view of the representation being more than one and half years old, I am of the view that if the petitioner is faced with same inconveniences of threat at the behest of the respondent no.4, in that case a representation may be made to the Officer-in-Charge, Ekbalpore Police Station, who would consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 64 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
