Perused the report of the Assistant Registrar IX(in-charge) dated 23rd February, 2024.

It is found that the postal article in respect of the appellant no.1 has returned with endorsement "Addressee moved". With regard to the appellant no.2, the track consignment report shows "Item delivered (Addressee)".

Be that as it may, this matter is appearing in the list since December, 2023. However, since listing of the matter, the appellants are unrepresented.

None appears on behalf of the appellants.

In view of the above, the present appeal being SA 1475 of 1972 along with all connected applications, if any, stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order along with the Lower Court Records be sent to the learned Court below for information in accordance with the rules.

Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary legal formalities.
