The grievance of the petitioner is largely directed against the conduct of the Public Prosecutor quo such person appearing for the accused in one case and for the prosecution in the other. It is also contended that there is a transfer petitioner pending.

The State and the private opposite parties are represented.

The learned Judge considered the materials in the case diary and considered the period of detention of the private opposite parties and also took that the police filed chargesheet. In such circumstances, learned Judge proceeded to grant bail to the petitioner. There is no ground is made out

and not existed for this Hon'ble Court to cancel the bail granted to the private opposite parties on December 18, 2021. CRM (DB) 3 of 2022 is, therefore, dismissed.
