Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

The police complaint was lodged within six years of marriage. The statement of the de facto complainant recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicates both the petitioners.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
