The petitioner appearing in person submits that he has been assured by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor of the jurisdictional court that all the documents would be handed over to him and as such, does not intend to proceed with the merits of this revisional application. Mr. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor appears on behalf of the State.

Having regard to the fact that after filing of this revisional application, there has been change of circumstances as submitted by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that the revisional application need not be considered on the merits of the prayer. However, immediately after all the documents are handed over, the learned Magistrate would fix date for consideration of charge within a period of 60 days

and proceed with the trial of the case taking the same to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 8 of 2022 is disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
