By way of filing this public interest litigation the petitioner seeks for appropriate direction to consider his representation dated 08.11.2023 where there is an allegation that a water body is being filled up. Since the matter is pending before the authority concerned, there will be a direction on the 2nd respondent, namely, the Additional District Magistrate & District Land & Land Reforms Officer, South 24 Parganas to consider the representation dated 08.11.2023 and conduct an inspection over the area and pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner. This direction be complied with within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.
