And In the matter of:- Ganesh Mondal ... Petitioner Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee, Md. Golam Nure Imrohi .. for the petitioner Mr. Sanjoy Bardhan, Mr. Palash Chandra Majhi ..for the State This is to consider the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate, Mr. Chatterjee for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. Bardhan raises objection submitting that there is huge recovery to the extent of 350 gms of heroin, which is above the commercial quantity, from the possession of accused person.

Having considered the submissions of both sides in context with the materials already collected in the C.D. and bearing in mind the huge recovery together with the direct involvement of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands refused. C.D. be returned to Mr. Bardhan, learned advocate for the State.

CRM 30 of 2021 stands disposed of.
