Learned Counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that the notice inviting tender of September 18, 2024 was under challenge. The same has now fructified into a work order/letter of intent.

Hence, the writ petition being WPA 213 of 2025 has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
