Petitioner seeks bail.

Considering the fact that the commercial quantity of narcotics was seized from the possession of the petitioner, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985. Consequently, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The petitioner contends that the petitioner divulged the names of the various other persons involving the crime. We are not taking note any of the names referred to by the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to canvass the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

C.R.M. (NDPS) 6 of 2022 is dismissed.
