The writ petition has been preferred challenging a notice issued by a secured creditor, private bank under Section 13(2) of the SARFASI Act, 2002, the writ petition is pending since 2014 in the docket of the Court. I am of the view with the passage of time the writ petition has been infractuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 23867 of 2014 is dismissed as infractuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

No order as to costs.
