1. Let the order dated March 07, 2025 be corrected by substituting Kushmandi Police Station in the place and stead of Buniadpur Police Station in the fifth last line, third last line and second last line of paragraph 6 of that order. In other words, the petitioner shall remain within the jurisdiction of Kushmandi Police Station and not Buniadpur Police Station, as was recorded earlier and shall report to the Officer-inCharge/Inspector-in-Charge of Kushmandi Police Station once in a week, until further orders.

2. Concerned department is directed to insert the above correction in the order dated March 07, 2025. (Arijit Banerjee, J.) (Apurba Sinha Ray, J.)
