On 27th January, 2021, we disposed of this contempt application. Although, we had originally observed that a sum of Rs.2,50,836/- is payable to the petitioner, the same has not gone down in the said order.

Accordingly, the order dated 27th January, 2021 is modified only to the extent that the balance amount of Rs.2,50,836/-, admitted by the alleged contemnors, to be payable on the basis of the calculation furnished before us be paid to the petitioner. The alleged contemnors shall pay the said amount within two weeks from date and on such undertaking that the amount shall be paid within the aforesaid time, this application stands disposed of.
