1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for transfer of Title Suit No. 33 of 2021, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bankura, to the Court of the learned District Judge at Alipore, District-24 Parganas (South).

2. It appears that the suit sought to be transferred is a suit for specific performance of contract. The apprehension of the petitioners is the political influence of the local Bar Association which at present has undergone a change and hopefully the situation there shall improve.

3. The petitioners herein are thus granted liberty to approach the learned District Judge, Bankura, who shall ensure that the local Bar cooperates with the petitioners and that no law and order situation arises and the trial Court shall make all endeavour to

dispose of the suit expeditiously on hearing both the parties.

4. The prayer for transfer is thus rejected on the above directions.

5. The civil revision stands disposed of.

6. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
