The writ petitioners pray for enforcement of an ad interim order of injunction passed by the learned 5th Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Alipore in Title Suit No. 1439 of 2022.

The petitioners have applied in the court below under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure for a direction on the Survey Park Police Station to ensure that the injunction is implemented.

Counsel for the private respondents submits as on date that his clients are not effecting construction on the property.

The O. C., Survey Park Police Station shall ensure that the order of injunction and any specific direction of the Civil Court on them is strictly implemented.

Parties may take steps in accordance with law in the court below.

The report of the O. C., Survey Park Police Station dated 31.01.2023 is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
