The petitioner prays for a direction for reopening of the proceeding under Section 144(2) Cr. P.C. which stood dropped on 25th March, 2022. It appears that the proceedings stood dropped long back. Accordingly, no direction can be passed at this stage for re-opening or re-hearing of the same. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum in accordance with the law if occasion so arises. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
