The revisional application has been filed challenging the judgement and order passed by the Waqf Tribunal on September 10, 2021 in O.A. 12 of 2019. The record also reveals that the petitioner was directed to serve a notice in compliance of an order dated January 14, 2022. The aforesaid order still remains and has not been complied with.

No representation was made on behalf of either of the parties on a number of occasions on and from 22.11.2024.

Under such circumstances, the revisional application being CO 7 of 2022 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
