The department has filed a report. It appears from the report that Exhibit nos. 1 (Will), 1(a) and 1(b) are not found in the L.C.R.

Since we are of the view that the appellants are not interested to proceed with the appeal, the instant appeal being FA 114 of 2017 stands dismissed for default along with CAN 742 of 2020.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

The L.C.R along with a copy of the order be returned to the appropriate court within two weeks from date.

This order shall be complied through Registrar Administration (L & OM).
