The application refers to cancellation of bail which has been filed in connection with Pahargaon Police Station Case No. 0068 of 2022 dated 22.04.2022 filed by one Dipika Rani Biswas.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the name has been wrongly appearing in the cause list. I find that the submissions of the learned advocate are justified. However, having regard to the fact that the matter relates to the Circuit Bench at Port Blair, I direct the petitioner to serve a copy of the application for cancellation of bail upon the Office of the learned Public Prosecutor, Circuit Bench of the Hon'ble High Court at Port Blair, A & N Islands and also upon the opposite party no. 2 by registered post with acknowledgment due. List this application for cancellation of bail before the Circuit Bench of the Hon'ble High Court at Port Blair, A & N Islands on 29th July, 2022.
