Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner hit the victim on the head with a spade. Injury report shows fracture and internal injury in the brain.

In view of the gravity of the assault causing grievous injuries, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
