The petitioner says that he has been falsely implicated. There is no material against him. He is in custody for 171 days. Investigation is complete. His further custodial detention is not necessary.

Learned Advocate for the State draws our attention to the statements of the two victim girls. One of them squarely implicates this petitioner, at least prima facie. It appears that there is a prostitution racket, which is carried on involving young girls like the victims in this case. Prima facie, the petitioner seems to be a part of that racket.

In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM (DB) 101 of 2025 is dismissed.
