Sarkar ...for the State The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that through inadvertence, the short cause title of the affidavit of service has wrongly been mentioned as "Dulal Bera -Versus- The State of West Bengal & Ors." instead of "Dulal Bera -Versus- Union of India & Ors.".

The learned Advocate points out that in the order dated 13th January, 2026, the cause title has been wrongly mentioned as "Dulal Bera vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors." instead of "Dulal Bera vs. Union of India & Ors.". Let such error be rectified.

This order shall form part of the order dated 13th January, 2026.
